Denmark's Grafisk Maskinfabrik launches new converting machine
Denmark-based provider of solutions for the cocky-adhesive label converting, finishing and flexible packaging industry, Grafisk Maskinfabrik (GM), has launched its latest converting machine – the DC350MINIflex – a compact finisher.
The DC350MINIflex is a continuation of DC330MINIflex and the new member of DC350 line. Information technology has been designed with semi-rotation in varnish, die cutting, slitting and dual rewind every bit standard and can be upgraded with value options similar spot varnish, cold foil, lamination, SmartSlit or SmartCrush slitting, SmartStrip and more than.
The car's GM SmartFlexo station flower style with semi-rotation allows for format gratuitous print with only one cliché cylinder and with registration organization for spot varnish and cold foil print. Another GM Smart module – the GM SmartStrip ensures trouble-free functioning fifty-fifty while converting delicate substrates and circuitous label shapes at high speed. The rewinding section can exist upgraded with GM semi-automated Turret which allows shorter runs to be produced both apace and more efficiently.
According to GM, the new MINIflex works in line with all major digital presses, offering label printers a complete and versatile solution for high volume digital printing. The 350mm web width allows the machine to be combined with digital presses with a larger print width and thus opens new possibilities for label converters, according to GM.
